Duties:
  • Reports to the Director of Workforce Development
  • Presents a positive attitude to Kids College participants at all times
  • Provides instruction as directed and uses effective teaching methods
  • Assists with program drop off, pick up and after care as assigned
  • Ensures the safety of Kids College participants
  • Maintains academic standards of quality
  • Represents Atlantic Cape and Workforce Development at internal and external events
  • Performs all other related duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • A valid K-12 certification with three years of experience teaching secondary education or three years as a professor or adjunct instructor in a community college setting.
  • Technology skills to include Microsoft Office.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
